Community Guidelines

Purpose

Konekta is for building communities, sharing updates, completing quests, joining events, earning points, and connecting with other users. These guidelines apply to posts, comments, messages, profile photos, community content, quests, rewards, announcements, events, games, and reports.

Child Safety

Konekta has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized content involving minors, or attempts to exploit children are prohibited.

Respect Other People

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• No hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics.
• No sexual exploitation, child safety violations, grooming, or abuse.
• No unwanted sexual content or sexually explicit user-generated content.
• No doxxing, sharing private information, or encouraging others to harass someone.

Keep Content Safe and Legal

• No illegal goods, services, instructions, or activity.
• No graphic violence, credible threats, self-harm encouragement, or extremist content.
• No scams, phishing, impersonation, fake giveaways, or misleading reward claims.
• No spam, malware, bots, or attempts to manipulate the app.
• No copyrighted content unless you have the right to share it.

Community Owners and Officers

Owners and officers are expected to set clear community rules, moderate fairly, avoid misleading members, honor reward terms they create, and report serious abuse. Konekta may restrict communities that allow harmful content, scams, or unsafe behavior.

Rewards, Quests, Events, and Games

• Do not create fake, misleading, impossible, illegal, or unsafe quests.
• Do not create rewards you cannot provide.
• Do not manipulate points, leaderboards, ads, games, or approval systems.
• Do not use Konekta games or points for gambling, wagering, cash betting, or cash-out schemes.

Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report posts, comments, profiles, communities, and other content through available app reporting tools. Konekta may hide, delete, restrict, suspend, or remove users, content, rewards, events, or communities that violate these guidelines.

Repeated or severe violations may lead to account suspension, community suspension, deleted communities, removed monetization, reversed points, or other actions.
