Agreement
By using Konekta, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Payment and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
Communities and Roles
Users may create, join, manage, and participate in communities. Community owners and officers may have moderation powers, role management powers, and other permissions. Konekta administrators may review, suspend, restrict, or remove communities or users when needed for safety, compliance, or app integrity.
User Content
You are responsible for content you upload, post, comment, send, or share. You must have the rights needed to post your content. By posting content in Konekta, you allow Konekta to host, store, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the app.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or platform policies.
Points, Rewards, Games, and Promotions
- Community points, rewards, badges, promotion credits, and game balances are app features, not cash, legal tender, bank deposits, securities, or stored value accounts.
- Points and rewards may be changed, reversed, withheld, limited, or removed if they result from fraud, bugs, abuse, policy violations, or unauthorized activity.
- Community owners are responsible for rewards they create and promises they make to members.
- Konekta may set limits on quests, ads, games, rewards, promotion credits, and other features.
Payments
Paid features must follow the Payment and Refund Policy and all applicable app store, payment processor, and legal requirements. Some payment methods may be unavailable depending on platform rules, country, account status, or feature availability.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or abuse others.
- Do not post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Do not upload malware, spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive content.
- Do not manipulate points, rewards, ads, payments, leaderboards, games, quests, or community systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass security rules, moderation actions, suspensions, or access limits.
Moderation
Konekta may review reports and take action, including hiding content, deleting content, suspending users, suspending communities, removing rewards, reversing points, disabling monetization, or deleting communities. We may also preserve records when needed for safety, audit, or legal reasons.
Availability
Konekta may change, pause, discontinue, or limit features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that every feature will remain available.
Disclaimers and Liability
Konekta is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Konekta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, user content, community disputes, or third-party actions.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Konekta changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
