Important Google Play Launch Note
For Android apps distributed through Google Play, purchases of in-app digital features or services may be required to use Google Play's billing system unless a policy exception applies. Before public release, confirm whether Konekta promotion credits must use Google Play Billing instead of an external processor.
Paid Features
Konekta may offer paid features such as promotion credits that let community owners promote communities inside the app. Available paid features, prices, taxes, payment methods, and limits may vary by platform, country, app version, and policy requirements.
Promotion Credits
- Promotion credits are used only for Konekta promotion features.
- Promotion credits are not cash, bank deposits, stored value, securities, or legal tender.
- Promotion credits cannot be transferred outside Konekta or redeemed for cash.
- Konekta may reverse credits caused by fraud, chargebacks, payment failure, bugs, abuse, or policy violations.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by the applicable app store billing system or by an approved payment processor where allowed by platform rules. Konekta does not store full card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.
Refunds
- If a purchase is made through Google Play, refund requests may need to be handled through Google Play according to Google Play policies.
- If a purchase is made through another approved payment processor, refund requests may be reviewed by Konekta and/or the payment processor.
- Used promotion credits are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by Konekta.
- Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, policy violations, completed promotion delivery, or requests outside the allowed review period.
Chargebacks and Failed Payments
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, refunded, or fails after credits were added, Konekta may remove the related credits, pause promotions, restrict paid features, or suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Community Rewards
Rewards created by community owners are the responsibility of the community owner unless Konekta clearly states otherwise. Members should review reward descriptions, stock, and community rules before claiming rewards.
Support
For payment questions, include your Konekta account email, transaction date, amount, payment method, and any receipt or reference number.
