Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Konekta prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, sextorts, traffics, endangers, or otherwise harms children.

Konekta also prohibits child sexual abuse material. This includes photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, drawings, links, text, requests, threats, or instructions involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Content that depicts, promotes, requests, shares, sells, links to, or normalizes child sexual abuse material.
• Attempts to groom, coerce, manipulate, extort, threaten, or exploit a child.
• Sexualized comments, roleplay, images, or requests involving minors.
• Solicitation of sexual images, private images, contact details, or meetings from minors.
• Impersonation, fake accounts, or deceptive behavior used to contact or exploit minors.
• Communities, quests, rewards, events, messages, posts, profile photos, or comments that facilitate child exploitation.

Reporting in Konekta

Konekta provides in-app reporting and moderation tools. Users can report inappropriate posts, comments, users, profiles, communities, and other content through the app where reporting options are available.

How Konekta Responds

When Konekta becomes aware of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, Konekta may take action including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, suspending communities, preserving relevant records, and reporting to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations where required by law.

Konekta may also remove related rewards, quests, events, posts, comments, messages, images, or community content and may prevent users from creating new accounts or communities after severe violations.

Legal Compliance

Konekta is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and Google Play policies. Users must not use Konekta to create, upload, store, share, request, or promote child sexual abuse material or any child exploitation behavior.

Community Owner Responsibilities

Community owners and officers must moderate their communities, remove harmful content, report serious child safety concerns, and avoid creating communities, quests, rewards, events, or posts that could endanger minors.
